Cassandra Willock's areas of practice include Premises Liability, Auto Liability, Public Entity/Title 59 Defense, Construction Defect, Professional Malpractice, Municipal Practice, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Liquor Liability, Workers Compensation. Ms. Willock received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.  She earned her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998. Since entering private practice, Ms. Willock's primary practice area has been Civil Litigation, representing large private corporations and public entities in premises liability, auto liability, construction defect, professional malpractice and products liability litigation. Ms. Willock a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars, and admitted to practice in the United State District Court of New Jersey.

Jonathan P. Holtz is a 2007 graduate of Seton Hall University, School of Law. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond in 2003. He is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and New York. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, New York Bar Association, and Morris County Bar Association. During the 2007-08 term, Jonathan served as law clerk to the Honorable Alfonse J. Cifelli, J.S.C., Law Division, Essex County, New Jersey. He is certified by the state of New Jersey in Mediation and Conciliation. Prior to joining Fishman McIntyre, Jonathan worked for a midsized New Jersey firm, specializing in public entity defense and personal injury litigation. During his employment he also served as a volunteer mediator in Morris County. His prior law clerk experience includes automobile insurance defense and construction litigation.

Martin S. Cedzidlo is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is a 1983 graduate of Delaware Law School and obtained his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.

Mitchell B. Levine is a trial attorney, both in New York as well as New Jersey, since 1992. He received his B.S. from Trenton State College (now known as The College of New Jersey) and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Bridgeport School of Law. Mr. Levine is also licensed to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of the New York Federal Courts, the Federal District Courts in New Jersey, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Levine's practice encompasses two distinct fields of law: the defense of personal injury/ general liability claims and commercial/business litigation. He most recently served as Counsel to the country's second largest cleaning and maintenance contractor defending,  coordinating and overseeing the defense of personal injury lawsuits in 19 states, as well as prosecuting and defending commercial lawsuits involving the company.  Further, Mr. Levine drafted many of the company's current indemnity and insurance provisions in order to reduce, shift or eliminate its legal exposure. Mr. Levine has extensive experience in the defense of premises and auto liability claims for several insurance carriers, third party administrators and self-insured entities. He has appeared in Court in every venue - both State and Federal - in the New York Metropolitan area successfully arguing cases before both the New York and New Jersey Appellate Courts. Mr. Levine is the author of an article that was published in the New Jersey Law Journal on civil procedure. He is also active in the community including serving as a Judge for the New Jersey State High School Mock Trial Competition. 

Brian S. Lent served as the Managing Attorney for the Zurich American Staff Legal office. He had previously served as Chief Trial Counsel and Senior Trial Attorney for several other house counsel offices. Mr. Lent has tried more than 75 civil jury cases involving arson, assault, construction accidents, construction defects, premises liability products liability, automobile accidents, veterinary malpractice and professional responsibility. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1984, is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts. Mr. Lent has successfully argued appeals before the Appellate Division in both the First and Second Departments. He also authored the motion leading to the Court of Appeals decision in Narducci v. Manhasset Bay Assoc., 96 N.Y.2d 259, which significantly curtailed the types of accidents covered by New York Labor Law section 240. Since becoming associated with the firm, Mr. Lent has obtained a directed verdict in a Kings County slip and fall case, which was later settled by the remaining defendant for $175,000. He also tried a Nassau County trip and fall case where the plaintiff alleged the existence of a defective staircase and insufficient lighting as the cause for his accident. The jury returned a liability verdict of 63% against the plaintiff for comparative fault

Scott A. Grossman has been a member of the New York Bar since 2001. He graduated summa cum laude from Pace University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Mr. Grossman then attended St. John's University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2000. He is also licensed to practice in the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of the New York Federal Courts and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He also served as an intern to the New York State Attorney General's Office in the Division of Claims for approximately two years. Mr. Grossman has undertaken a defense oriented career in the area of insurance litigation and is well-versed in all areas of personal injury and insurance coverage matters. He has successfully defended a multitude of personal injury matters in New York State and Federal Courts and has particular expertise in premises liability. Mr. Grossman also has successfully written and argued appeals in the First and Second Appellate Departments.
