David L. Kowzun

David is a graduate of Rutgers University, Livingston College, with Bachelors of Science Degrees in Finance and Political Science.

After graduating from college, David worked for several years and then attended Rutgers Law School in Camden, graduating in 1997. Upon graduation, David was selected to clerk for the Honorable Lorraine C. Parker in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Sussex County. Judge Parker was later elevated to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court.

During law school, David was a clerk with the Warren County, New Jersey Prosecutor's Office where he argued municipal appeals on DUI issues.

After completing his clerkship, David began private practice and focused on all areas of personal injury trial practice including automobile negligence, premises liability, product liability, public entity/tort claims actions, wrongful death, dram shop/social host liability, social security disability and charitable immunity. David has tried numerous jury trials.

David's practice is devoted to general liability litigation. David is admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
